Horrible customer service I reached out to him he gave me a price advised him triple aaa was towing the car to him he said ok Maybe he got upset because I inquired about warranty and he said yes I’m legit I asked him was he licensed he said yes I said ok he isn’t In a shop he is mobile as well but works in the auto zone lot I said to him ok I will bring car then he just went ghost horrible customer service

Great guy, very responsive and everything felt totally above-board. I don't know anything about cars, but he explained the cost of all the parts and his labor cost. Didn't try to upsell me or make up problems or nothin'. I'm about to move, but I'd definitely recommend Cali 👌

Can I give Cali Auto Repair 10 stars? Is that possible? They are like magical car genies that appear to save the day and save you money. Every issue that can stall you, they will find an affordable solution and rush to the scene of the break-down. I only wish I had met Cali's Auto Repair years ago. I've never met anyone in my life with pricing this fair, and workmanship this thorough.
